Meet The Owner

My name is Iyesha Weaver (Owner). I am dedicated to positively impacting the lives of individuals. My passion to help others has driven me to hold positions as a mentor, rehabilitation specialist, fitness trainer and massage therapist. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and later attended Central Michigan University to obtain a Master of Arts along with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

As illustrated by my educational background and employment history, I am committed to improving health and quality of life for all I come in contact with. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM), Certified Health Coach (ACE), and a Licensed Massage Therapist through the State of Michigan.
